CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity functional movements. CrossFit utilizes the concept of universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Each day at CrossFit athletes will take part in a structured class based upon variety in workouts. Athletes will learn Olympic lifting techniques for strength training, along with a variety of other workout techniques to improve their personal fitness levels while working alongside with other members of the community.
