If you are looking for a great workout but are not looking for the CrossFit intensity in heavy lifting, Circuit Fit is the perfect fit for you!

Circuit Fit involves bodyweight exercises, low-weight exercises and cardio-based workouts.  Each day the workouts vary to strengthen all muscle groups, enhance endurance and burn fat.

The workouts last about 45 minutes to an hour and is the perfect routine to help you get to your goals quickly!
